I am a registered dietitian with a Master's degree that lives in the Metro Detroit area. I'm a full-time blogger and mom and am truly living my dream. Check out my new cookbook 30-Minute Family Meals.


I enjoy writing about food, parenting, fitness and nutrition. I love working with brands, creating healthy, fresh and easy recipes, trying new products and sharing nutrition information. I also enjoying writing about my love of travel, living in Michigan and staying healthy.

I do all of the photography, recipe development, food-styling, videography and writing at The Nutritionist Reviews along with my assistants, my 8-year old daughter, 5-year old son and 5-year old daughter. I have vast experience creating content for brands.


I'm married to my husband Troy and we're parents to to Adalyn, Oliver and Lily and have two mini dachshunds named Ava and Jaxen.

Outside of being a content creator, I love running, going on walks with my family, watching shows with my husband and going to the farmer's market.

 I currently use Mailerlite as my email service provider. Your data is collected and then passed to them. Tags are used within Mailerlite to track your actions and page visits so that future emails can be better tailored to meet your needs.Currently, I send a minimum of two emails per week.
