Chocolate Raspberry Overnight Oats Ingredients
- Oats- old fashioned works best but you can use quick oats in a pinch
- Milk of choice
- Plain Greek yogurt (or vanilla or raspberry)
- resBiotic prebeet Prebiotic Supplement- adds a delicious berry flavor and some gut and heart health benefits!
- Fresh or frozen raspberries- I like mashing them to disperse the flavor throughout the oats and topping with fresh raspberries
- Chia seeds
- Optional: vanilla protein powder- I love this for a boost of protein to keep me full throughout the morning
- Maple syrup
- Cocoa powder
How to Make Chocolate Raspberry Overnight Oats
First mix all of your ingredients together for overnight oats in a large bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid. I like making it all in one bowl and then when they are mixed up, I like to transfer to individual mason jars if you're taking them on the go. For the raspberries, you can either add fresh raspberries or you can mash them and make a raspberry layer.resbiotic prebeet Prebiotic Powder
