How to Make Chocolate Raspberry Overnight Oats

First mix all of your ingredients together for overnight oats in a large bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid. I like making it all in one bowl and then when they are mixed up, I like to transfer to individual mason jars if you're taking them on the go. For the raspberries, you can either add fresh raspberries or you can mash them and make a raspberry layer.

For the chocolate ganache layer, just mix together the maple syrup, cocoa powder and milk and add on top of the oat mixture in your jar. Let the oats sit in fridge overnight or for at least two hours to soak up the liquid and soften the oats. Top with extra fresh raspberries if you like.

If you've been following me for awhile on Instagram, you know that I'm a huge fan of resbiotic prebeet Prebiotic powder! Some benefits of this supplement are that it gives heart and circulatory support, gives an energy boost without caffeine and reduces bloating and gas. It has beetroot juice powder and a giant boost of vitamin B12.

They recently changed their formula and it has an even better flavor now. This will not really give your food a beet flavor but has a nice berry flavor instead. It is now available in convenient on-the-go stick packs as well as a pouch with a scoop. I plan to take a few stick packs with me on vacation later this month! I love that prebeet is backed by multiple research studies- learn more here!
