Cottage cheese pancakes are really easy to make! You just need to add all of your ingredients to your blender. Blend until smooth. Then, pour pancake batter onto your preheated, nonstick sprayed griddle and cook like you would regular pancakes.

- 1 1/2 cups Prairie Farms low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat your griddle to medium-high- a nonstick pan would also work well.
- Blend together all ingredients in a blender until mostly smooth.
- Spray your griddle with nonstick spray. Scoop pancake batter onto your griddle and flip once there are bubbles in the pancakes.
