Dill Pickle Pizza has been popping up on menus everywhere around us lately and I am here for it! My family loves pickles (aside from my son) and can't get enough. I knew I had to try this trend out for myself and it turned out dill-icious!

How to make pickle pizza
I decided to take a little shortcut and use my favorite Milton's Cauliflower Crust Pizza. It is made with a cauliflower crust but honestly, you would never know it. The pizza gets perfectly crispy and has the best flavor and texture. We have a ton of busy nights around here with kid's activities and these pizzas are amazing to have stashed in our freezer for quick meals.
For this recipe, I decided to use Milton's Craft Bakers Four Cheese Pizza and build on from there. I topped the pizza with dill pickles, fresh dill and red onions. You won't want to skip the dill because it adds a lot of flavor but feel free to substitute dried dill. Just bake in the oven until crispy and enjoy! You can also add on bacon if you like which goes really well on a dill pickle pizza.

What kind of pickles to use on a dill pickle pizza
You can use any kind of dill pickles you like but I prefer the refrigerated ones because I love the flavor and I like that they are white inside or light green instead of bright green. Just a personal preference! Whatever you do, don't skip this pizza- it's kind of a big dill!
Cauliflower Crust Pizza
My entire family loves this frozen Milton's Cauliflower Crust Pizza. It is topped with Mozzarella, Provolone, Romano and Parmesan cheeses with a Roma tomato sauce. It goes from your freezer to table in just 15 minutes which comes in handy so often. It doesn't taste like a sad frozen pizza but is truly delicious. I recommend having a Milton’s Pizza in your freezer for those nights when you’re in a pinch and want dinner quickly.
