Peaches and Cream Overnight Oats
Peaches and Cream Overnight Oats are loaded with old-fashioned oats, Greek yogurt, peaches, chia seeds, cinnamon and more for a high-protein breakfast that takes 5 minutes to make!
Overnight oats are one of our favorite breakfasts because they're so easy to make and can be made into so many different flavors. Whether you have fresh summer peaches available to you or not, you can make these Peaches and Cream Overnight Oats- fresh or frozen peaches work well. My kids and I are obsessed with overnight oats and we love experimenting making tons of different flavors
These Peaches and Cream Overnight Oats are so creamy and rich tasting but are loaded with nutrients. For my overnight oats, I combine old-fashioned oats, milk, chia seeds and Greek yogurt. To customize them for whatever recipe I'm making them into, I add different kinds of fruit, protein powder, nuts, nut butter and different sweeteners and spices.

For Peaches and Cream Overnight Oats, I used frozen peaches, cinnamon and vanilla. Quick oats will also work if you like having less texture in your oats.

These overnight oats are loaded with fiber from the oats, peaches and chia seeds. They are also rich in protein from the milk, Greek yogurt and even the chia seeds have some protein. Overnight oats always fill me up and make such a great breakfast, especially when the weather is hot.

Peaches and Cream Overnight Oats
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or vanilla)
- 1 cup chopped peaches
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- Optional: sweetener to taste such as honey or maple syrup
- Toppings: chopped peaches, chopped almonds
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix all ingredients together for overnight oats in a large bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid. Or, you can put the ingredients in individual pint-sized mason jars.
- Let sit in fridge overnight or for at least two hours.
- Before eating, top overnight oats with peaches and if desired, chopped almonds.
