Fruit Soda Drink Recipe

In the summer, I love a delicious sparkling beverage! On a hot day, there is nothing like an ice cold refreshing drink. I don't like the ingredients (or flavor) of pop so I decided to make a drink that my kids and I would actually love the taste of and that Mom would be happy with the ingredients in it. I made several varieties of Homemade Healthy Fruit Soda and I am excited to shared how to make them with you.

-Sparkling water- choose a variety of flavors for different kinds of soda

-Fresh and frozen fruit

-Vegetables and herbs- cucumber and mint make great additions to healthy fruit soda

-Karuna Prebiotic Superfood Beverages- This is what gives the soda some sweetness without adding actual sugar. Some great flavors that work well in the fruit soda are the Karuna Peach, Mandarin and Kiwi, Karuna Mango and Goji Berry, Karviva Ace Bold Berry Lemonade and the Karviva Ace Watermelon Rush.

I love these Karuna juices because they taste delicious and my kids love them in this fruit soda. My kids could not wait for me to be done taking these photos. Oliver loves the strawberry peach flavor and Adalyn loves the blueberry lemonade soda. The Ace drinks have antioxidants, collagen and electrolytes. I like drinking them on their own right after a long run or mixed into a drink.

1. Blueberry Lemonade Soda- Karviva Ace Bold Berry Lemonade, fresh lemons, smashed blueberries, lemon sparkling water, ice
2. Watermelon Lime Mint Soda- Karviva Ace Watermelon Rush, watermelon sparkling water, fresh lime juice, fresh mint leaves, ice
3. Pineapple Mango Soda- Karuna Mango and Goji Berry, pineapple sparkling water, fresh pineapple, ice
4. Strawberry Peach Soda- Karuna Peach, Mandarin and Kiwi, fresh strawberries, strawberry sparkling water, ice

Easy Fruit Soda

Do not feel like you have to stick to these flavors! You can make whatever flavor soda you like depending on what kind of juice, what flavor sparkling water and what kind of fruit you have on hand. Try many different flavor combinations for a delicious treat on a hot day.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together for each flavor of soda. If possible, smash the fruit a bit with a fork before adding in the other flavors to bring out the flavor. Squeeze the citrus. Add ice and enjoy.
