Greek Meatball Bowls feature a bed of orzo pasta with flavorful meatballs, tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, garbanzo beans, hummus, tzatziki, pita chips, lemon and parsley! Super loaded and delicious.
No joke, I could eat these Greek meatball bowls every single day! I love anything Greek or Mediterranean. All of the fresh toppings are just so delicious and my kind of food. I usually make The Best Greek Chicken Marinade when we have Greek food but this time, I wanted to try making some Greek meatballs. I'm so glad that I did because they are so delicious!
How to Make Greek Meatball Bowls
First, you mix together all of the ingredients for the meatballs, roll them into balls and bake them. Then, you boil some orzo pasta. If you prefer, you can use quinoa or brown rice instead but the orzo is so delicious! I topped my Greek meatball bowls with tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, garbanzo beans, hummus, tzatziki, pita chips, lemon and parsley.
Pretty much, I went all out and made these bowls super loaded with all of the toppings. My kind of bowl. The only other toppings I would possibly add are beets, kalamata olives and feta cheese. These bowls are perfect for meal prep and can be enjoyed for a few days for lunches. I just bought the hummus and tzatziki for this recipe but feel free to make your own.
