Lily's 11 Month Update
Our girl is almost 1 year old. What?!? Where has the last few months gone? I have no idea but we are loving this summer weather and enjoying tons of time outdoors.
Clothing size- 6 months, 9 months and some 12 months
Diapers- size 2
Weight- at 10.5 months old, she was 15 lbs 9 oz
Sleep- This has actually been quite a hard month for sleep for Lily. She has been having a much harder time going to sleep at night and has had some trouble falling asleep for naps. So not like her! She has been crying quite a bit and if we bring her downstairs, she is instantly happy when we pick her up. She likes crashing mom and dad's date nights. She is down to 2 naps per day. She goes to bed around 7 PM and wakes up around 7 AM.
Milestones/Tidbits:
-Lily can pull herself to stand! I didn't think it was coming this month but it finally happened a week shy of 11 months.
-Lily is on the move! She crawls all over the house and can get herself anywhere she wants to go.
-Her number one biggest thing this month is blowing kisses over and over. Her favorite person to blow kisses to are her daddy but she will blow them to other people too. She smacks her little lips and waits for you to do it back to her and it goes back and forth. The best!
-She got to swim in my parent's pond for the first time this month! She was kind of indifferent but didn't cry in the cold water so I guess that's good.
-Still has just 2 teeth.
-Loves being held by Adalyn. Those two are the best of friends! They do everything together.
-Lily learned how to clap this month and loves doing it.
-If you ask her "how big is Lily?", she raises her arms straight up for "so big!".
-She loves to be carried in the baby carrier for walks and loves long walks in the stroller.
-She plays with toys all day long and loves them.
-The biggest thing is that Lily is just always on the move. She notices everything, loves watching her siblings and loves life.
We look forward to lots of outdoor time together this summer as a family.
