I wanted to share a heart healthy breakfast we love: Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal. This recipe serves 2. Mix together 2/3 cup oats, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 2 teaspoons ground flax, 2-3 teaspoons honey and 1 packet CocoaVia™ unsweetened dark chocolate with water. Microwave for 90 seconds and stir well. Drizzle with peanut butter.
