Strawberry Mojito Kombucha Cocktail
Strawberry Mojito Kombucha Cocktail is the perfect refreshing cold drink with only 5 ingredients including strawberries, mint, lime, kombucha and a strawberry syrup!
One of my favorite flavors of the summer is fresh mint! On a hot day, mint added to any beverage is so refreshing along with loads of ice. We go to hot outdoor events almost daily including concerts, pool days and more and bringing a delicious refreshing ice cold beverage is the absolute best to quench our thirst. I love fresh strawberries right now because they are so sweet and flavorful! I came up with this easy Strawberry Mojito Kombucha Cocktail which can be enjoyed as a mocktail or have alcohol added to make it a summer cocktail.
This Strawberry Mojito Kombucha Cocktail has only 5 ingredients and takes just a few minutes to make. You can make it a little bit ahead of time or right when you want to drink it for maximum fizz from the kombucha.
The ingredients include fresh strawberries, fresh mint leaves, lime slices, your choice of kombucha flavors and Torani Strawberry Puremade Syrup. Feel free to add a shot or two of rum to your drink as well if you want to make it boozy.
Last summer, I was making my own homemade kombucha often which was really fun. This year, life is a little busier so I just bought my kombucha for this recipe. Feel free to use whatever flavor you like. I chose an "original" flavored one since I was adding the strawberry syrup for sweetness.
The Torani Strawberry Puremade Syrup adds tons of delicious strawberry flavor to these cocktails! They have no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. It mixes really easily into this drink and they come in tons of flavors. Every so often, I like making a sweet coffee drink with some of the non-fruity Torani flavors as well.

Strawberry Mojito Kombucha Cocktail
Strawberry Mojito Kombucha Cocktail is the perfect refreshing cold drink with only 5 ingredients including strawberries, mint, lime, kombucha and a strawberry syrup!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- Juice from 1 lime + 1 sliced lime
- 3 tablespoons Torani Strawberry Puremade Syrup
- 4 cups kombucha
- Optional: white rum
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large pitcher, add strawberries, mint leaves and lime juice. Muddle or lightly smash strawberries and mint leaves to release some of the flavor.
- Mix in syrup and lightly stir in kombucha. Add in lime slices and if desired, extra strawberries. Optional: to make this beverage alcoholic, add in rum or alcohol of choice.
