Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats
Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats take just a few minutes to make and are loaded with nutritious ingredients like oats, strawberries, Greek yogurt, chia seeds and milk for a healthy, filling breakfast!
My kid's can chow some overnight oats like no other! We all love them. I always switch up the flavor just for fun and recently made these Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats that turned out so well! I make them the night before and just pull them out of the fridge in the morning to enjoy. You can also make them 2 hours before you want to eat them if you prefer.
My 4 1/2 year old daughter Adalyn made these Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats for us. I got out the ingredients and she helped me measure them, dump them in and mix. So easy! They take just a few minutes to toss together and taste so good.

Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats Ingredients

- Milk
- Strawberry Greek yogurt (or vanilla)
- Chia seeds
- Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- Vanilla protein powder or collagen peptides
How to Make Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats
Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats are full of nutritious ingredients including old-fashioned oats, fresh strawberries (feel free to use frozen instead), strawberry Greek yogurt, milk and chia seeds. I also threw in some collagen peptides protein powder which has no flavor just for some extra protein but feel free to skip it if you aren't a fan of protein powder. Or use vanilla protein powder. Also, you can use plain Greek yogurt or vanilla instead of strawberry.

Overnight Oats Nutrition
Oats are rich in fiber and can help lower cholesterol levels. My husband has high cholesterol (genetic) and eats oatmeal 5 days a week to help. Strawberries have fiber and vitamin C.
During the cold winter months, it is a great idea to load up on vitamin C to help keep your immune system strong and to help avoid getting a cold.
Meal Prep Overnight Oats
You can make one day's worth of these Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats at a time or you can even make a week's worth at a time. Feel free to do what works best for you. If I was making several day's worth of overnight oats at a time, I would make a couple of one flavor and a couple of another flavor just for variety.

I made this last night for my breakfast. I used plain yoghurt and cashew milk and added dried Goji berries. It was delicious! Will definitely make it again!
ReplyDeleteSo glad that you enjoyed it! Yes, plain yogurt and any kind of milk should work just fine : )
DeleteI'll definitely make this again. The texture is thick as others said. I used the "quick cook" rolled oats that I had on hand, vanilla Greek yogurt, skipped the protein powder, & added granola for crunch.
