I am so, so excited to share this recipe for Loaded Cheeseburger Pizza with you guys because it tastes just like a cheeseburger! I made it for dinner for my family last night and we couldn't get enough. I think that I 'm going to make it again in a few days because that's how much I enjoyed it. When brainstorming this recipe, I thought of a couple different restaurants where I have had cheeseburger pizza in the past. The best one was where my brother used to live in a tiny town in West Michigan that only had one restaurant- the pizza shop. They had this incredible cheeseburger pizza that I'll never forget. I got the idea for this recipe from that restaurant and then added a bunch more toppings in typical Amanda fashion. You can never have too many toppings!

How to Make Cheeseburger Pizza
Along with ground beef, I topped this pizza with cheddar cheese, finely chopped romaine lettuce, finely diced tomatoes, raw red onion, delicious pickles and sesame seeds. For the drizzled sauce, I mixed together a bit of light mayo, mustard and ketchup. It sounds a little crazy but I promise you, if you want this to taste just like a cheeseburger, don't skip the sauce!
The sesame seeds were a last minute addition that really added a bunch of flavor to the pizza and reminded me of the sesame seeds on hamburger buns. The don't miss toppings that really made me say "wow" while eating this cheeseburger pizza were the red onions and pickles.
