Loaded Greek Fries are ready in 25-minutes and topped with feta cheese, tomato, green pepper, red onion, banana peppers, drizzled in feta dill dressing and sprinkled on Italian spices for an easy appetizer, side dish or snack.
I love any Greek-inspired foods and my family is completely obsessed with Loaded Greek Fries! They are easy to make and make an awesome appetizer, side dish or snack. You can customize them based on your preferences and what you have on hand. These Loaded Greek Fries are ready in about 25 minutes and taste so delicious.
McCain products are made with real potatoes and we like keeping a bag of these in the freezer for times when we feel like fries. We pair them with veggies, grilled burgers or chicken. They are crispy on the outside and the kids love them.
I tossed my fries in garlic powder and Italian blend spices for extra flavor. Once the fries are ready, top with feta cheese, chopped tomatoes, green pepper, red onion and banana peppers. Sprinkle with extra Italian blend spices if desired and serve.
The McCain fries also come in fun varieties like seasoned curly fries and Smiles mashed potato shapes. The kids think that these are so much fun!
I drizzled these loaded Greek fries with store-bought feta dill dressing. Or you can serve these fries with tzatziki sauce, drizzle on ranch dressing or even top with hummus.
While you are watching your favorite sports games on TV, these loaded Greek fries would make the perfect snack. They can be plated, served on a serving platter or even served right on the pan that they're cooked in and eaten nacho-style. Whatever you prefer! We were enjoying watching a little bit of basketball this spring and my husband enjoys watching some baseball games in the spring and summer.
