Quick and Easy Vegetarian Meals
Quick and easy vegetarian meals featuring Sweet Earth Foods protein and fiber packed entree bowls and burritos!
Some days, I feel like cooking and enjoy spending time in the kitchen dicing vegetables and standing over the stove. Other days, life is busy or maybe I just don't really feel like cooking and want a quick alternative. We do eat meat but we also eat a lot of vegetarian meals. Today, I want to share these quick and easy vegetarian meals from Sweet Earth that I've been a fan of for years.
Sweet Earth Foods holds a special place in my heart because we ate a lot of these foods after Oliver was born. Life was busy with a newborn and a toddler and we wanted quick meals that were also healthy and delicious. Enter Sweet Earth Foods. They have so, so many options including pizza, burritos, breakfast sandwiches, veggie burgers, artisan bowls and more. They are a flavor-forward company with no bland tasting foods. They are plant-centric and nutritious.
There is not one product from Sweet Earth that I've tried that we didn't like. Troy and I are huge fans! We love the flavors and that the meals are high in protein, fiber, nutrients and are organic. All of the meals are vegetarian or vegan. It's hard to choose a favorite but I would probably have to go with any of the breakfast sandwiches. They are just too convenient!
Each sandwich has 15-27 grams of protein, 5-7 grams of fiber and are served on a whole-wheat, oat bran flaxbread which I just loved. So many frozen breakfast sandwiches have awful nutrition and these amaze me because I can heat them up in less than 2 minutes in the microwave and they taste amazing and are nutrient packed. Can you tell that I'm obsessed?
Some other great products include the entree bowls such as the borderless enchiladas, pad thai and bean and mango cubano. So good! The burritos are my husband's favorite and he loves grabbing one and heating it up for breakfast before work. They are loaded with flavor such as the Peruvian burrito, curry tiger burrito and baja breakfast burrito. The lighten up one is one on my favorites.
Troy likes meat more than I do and he loves all of these meals. If you are looking for someone who loves meat to try more plant-based foods, I highly recommend Sweet Earth. Not only are there so many different varieties so there is something for everyone but they also taste delicious and are nutrient loaded. I haven't mastered making curry at home like this so the curry tiger bowl is really good with organic coconut milk, broccoli and lentils.
I learned so much about Sweet Earth Foods on my trip to the Nestle facilities in Washington DC last year and was a huge fan of the brand before and after learning about how they truly care about their consumers and how they develop their products, I fell even more in love.
Learn more about Sweet Earth products and find out where you can purchase Sweet Earth Foods. You can buy these at Kroger, Harris Teeter, Fred Meyer, Ralphs, Frys, King Soopers, Marianos and more.
On a day when you are short on time or don't want to spend your time cooking a meal, try some of these Sweet Earth Foods! I hope you become as big of a fan as we are!
