This pregnancy smoothie recipe is loaded with lots of healthy foods and would be great for breakfast or a snack anytime of day. I included frozen berries, bananas, peanut butter, chia seeds, yogurt and milk all for different reasons that help benefit baby and mom. This smoothie is loaded with nutrients! It is high in protein, calcium, healthy fats, omega-3 fatty acids and fiber.

You know I had to go there! I am a huge fan of chia seeds, which are rich in fiber, omega-3 and protein. Omega-3 is super important for baby's brain and eye development.
Greek yogurt
Greek yogurt is rich in protein and calcium, which helps to keep you full and is important for cell growth. It is important that baby gets enough calcium, because your body will take calcium from mom's stores and give it to baby. Calcium is important for strong bones.Bananas
Bananas are an awesome source of potassium and provide quick energy. They are great to eat before or after exercising and are light on the stomach when you may be experiencing nausea.Milk
