I remember when I first got back into reading as an adult. I was a new dietitian at my first real job and wanted something to do during my lunch break. After hearing many good things about the Fifty Shades series of books, I decided to try them out for myself. My attention was quickly piqued. I read the series of three books so quickly and couldn't stop reading them. I remember one day, I was sitting outside on a beautiful summer day on my lunch break reading when my boss's boss asked me what I was reading. I'll never forget the shade of red that my face turned that day!
When I found out that the Fifty Shades series was being turned into movies, I was so thrilled! I knew that a date night was in order and that this Chocolate Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Dip would be the perfect snack. I've enjoyed watching each of the movies and until now, had not seen Fifty Shades Freed. When I found out that it was coming out, I picked up the Fifty Shades Freed (Blu-ray combo pack + exclusive packaging + photo gallery inside) at my local Walmart and decided to have a date night at home with my husband watching the movie.
This spring has been unusually busy for us with many house projects and I recent trip to Mackinac Island that I took with my mom and the kids. We needed some quality time together! While Troy put the kids to bed one evening, I got ready for our date night at home. I lit a few candles, turned the lights down, poured us some wine and made this easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Dip.
This Chocolate Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Dip is super easy to make with just 4 ingredients: Greek yogurt, peanut butter, cocoa powder and honey. It can be whipped up in about 5 minutes including getting the dippers ready. I chose pretzels and a variety of fruit to go with this dip and it was so good. Especially the salty and sweet combo of the pretzels and the chocolate peanut butter dip.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1-2 tablespoons honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a food processor, blend all ingredients together until smooth. Alternatively, you can mix all ingredients together well in a bowl with a spoon. Serve with fruit, pretzels, graham crackers, etc.
