The Best Products of 2017 Part 30 + Giveaway
1. Simply Snackin Jerky
Troy has always been a fan of jerky but what surprised me is that when Adalyn was about 1 1/2, we found out that she is crazy for jerky. Like she will do anything for it- haha. We were getting ready to walk her to preschool yesterday morning and we had just finished a big breakfast. she pulled one of these out and asked if she could have it. Dried meat anytime for my girl!
Since my family are hunters, I love that they sell venison jerky. Simply Snackin has lots of flavors and makes jerky with chicken, beef and venison. These are great high protein snacks that use 100% grass fed beef and are gluten-free for those who need it. You can shop at simplysnackin.com.

2, Kodiak Cakes Waffle Mix
This is the best waffle mix and the only mix we have used for years. They keep coming out with new flavors and they are all great. Some of the options include whole wheat, oat and honey and dark chocolate. They are great for three reasons: they are made with whole wheat meaning more fiber and nutrients, you just have to add water- so easy and they taste amazing.
This past weekend, I made a huge batch along with a homemade strawberry chia jam and it was the best breakfast. You can make these waffles in quantity and just toast in your toaster to get them crispy again. It is fun being able to having homemade waffles during a busy week. I look forward to trying the cornbread mix with a homemade soup!
3. Soulfull Project Cereal
We love having hot cereals for breakfast and one that gives to those in need is even better. The Soulfull Project will give a serving of their 4 grain hot cereal to a regional food bank in your area for every serving that you buy. How awesome!I love the Hearty Grains and Seeds variety which comes in a multi serve bag so I can make enough for my family all at once. It contains oats, oat bran, red quinoa, flax and chia seeds. No sugar added and it is gluten-free. It is also ready to eat in under 5 minutes- a definite necessity on busy mornings. As a nursing mom, I do everything that I can to boost my milk supply and oats and flax are supposed to help so this cereal is perfect for me. Adalyn loves it too and we top it with our favorite nut butters and sometimes a bit of homemade jam.
