Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl is ready in under 5 minutes and tastes like your favorite pumpkin pie but is packed full of nutrients and fun toppings!
Smoothie bowls are my favorite! I love that you can customize them with any topping that you want and they all taste so good! Granola, nuts, fruit, chia seeds, coconut, etc. are all favorites. Until now, I have only shared a few of my favorite smoothie bowls on the blog: banana split smoothie bowl, green smoothie bowl and tropical smoothie bowl.
This time, I wanted to make something seasonal for fall that included pumpkin. Canned pumpkin is awesome because you can easily make it taste like pumpkin pie while being quite healthy. Pumpkin is packed with vitamins A, C and fiber.
This smoothie bowl takes 5 minutes or less to make and can be eaten for breakfast, a snack or dessert. The key to making a great smoothie bowl is making it very thick. I remember the very first time that I made a smoothie bowl and the smoothie was too thin and all of the toppings sunk to the bottom! I learned my lesson that time.
