1. Evolve Fitwear Clothing

When I saw these pants on Instagram, I had to have them! One of my readers tagged me in an IG giveaway for them and I couldn't stop thinking about them since. They were the perfect pants for me. They are covered in different types of lettuce and I think that they are the cutest.


The Organicgirl lettuce spinach long leggings are from Evolve Fitwear. They are good quality and are quite thick for leggings (in a good way). They are comfortable for working out and cute enough to wear out- especially as a dietitian. I want to wear these to work one day- I'll have to see how I can do that!



I was also sent the cute top from them that says "Kale Yeah". It is a running joke in my family that I eat kale every single day which is not quite true but I do love it! The leggings are very fitted with some compression which I love for exercising. I would definitely check out other items from this site!

2. Care/Of Vitamins

I like to keep my vitamin regimen simple but do find importance of taking a daily vitamin. I like to take probiotics, fish oil and a multivitamin. Care/Of is a company that sends you personalized vitamins based on a survey/questionnaire that you take. It is pretty neat that you can personalize what comes in each individual pack based on your needs. I like being able to just rip open a packet daily and take what is inside of it instead of having to open a few bottles- especially as a mom to a newborn and a toddler. Anything to save time is helpful!
