In the New Year, there are a surge of people wanting to eat healthier, possibly lose weight and make better choices. I am all for people eating healthier! Today, I wanted to roundup some of my favorite salad recipes for you. These salads are not no-flavor, bland salads. They are packed with nutrients, tasty ingredients, homemade salad dressings and are either a complete meal or can be topped with your favorite protein for a filling and satisfying lunch or dinner.
