Brooks Adrenaline GTS 16 Review

I am so excited to be doing a review with my husband Troy! It is usually Adalyn or I who gets to review products so doing one together was super fun! Troy and I recently got to try out the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 16's. In the picture above, don't mind the snowflakes in APRIL : (.



Troy has been running in the Brooks Adrenaline shoes for years after my dad and brother who run recommended them to him. He says that they are comfortable and feel great for running. Compared to other brands/models, he says that they have the right amount of support for longer runs.

He tried out the new kaleidoscope variety which look really cool! I had never seen shoes that were patterned like this. I was skeptical at first but when they came, I thought they were sweet.


This is my second pair of Brooks Adrenalines and I like these Brooks Adrenaline GTS 16 shoes. I require a shoe with a lot of support or else I get very sore knees. These are perfect for the workouts that I do. I absolutely love the mint and hot pink colors- my two favorite colors. They are the perfect shoes. They feel great during a workout and to wear around all day.
Troy and I love being shoe twins (haha!) and are thrilled with our new Brooks Adrenaline GTS 16 shoes. I find Brooks to be the best brand to run in and I get the least amount of injuries in these shoes.
