Products I've Been Loving Lately + Giveaway
1. Bloomsy Box- I love getting fresh flowers! I never buy them myself but my husband will usually get them for me every few months or so. I recently found out about a flower subscription service that is awesome called BloomsyBox. You can order flowers for each month and they will choose which kinds to send you. I got these beautiful roses in my box.
What is nice is that each bouquet is very large and can be divided into smaller bouquets around your house if you like. The monthly cost is $44-49. This would make a great holiday gift for someone you love such as your spouse, mother, sister, etc.
2. Laughing Giraffe Organics Snakaroons- I love macaroons and really enjoyed these from Laughing Giraffe Organics. They are fresh, sweet, soft and chewy. They come in different flavors such as vanilla, coffee bean, chocolate and lemon. The lemon was by far my favorite. They tasted so fresh! I brought these to a theater show that I saw and really enjoyed these there.
3. Gourmet Gift Baskets- Gift baskets make an awesome holiday gift and if you are not super creative like me, it may be best to buy one pre-made. I loved this microbrew beer bucket gift basket which I gave to my husband who loves beer and snacks. It is the perfect gift for a guy (or girl who loves beer).
I love dried fruit so I chose a dried fruit platter. Gourmet Gift Baskets has so many different options available so there is something for everyone!
4. California Figs- I pride myself on liking and eating all fruits and vegetables (except cilantro- can't do it!!). I never really liked figs though. I was contacted by California Figs and decided to give them another chance. I am so glad that I did because I ended up really liking them. The variety that I have been enjoying is called dried mission figs. They are darker in color and taste similar to a prune. They are chewy and the perfect snack when you want something sweet.
My daughter had never tried figs before and since I want her to try every kind of produce, I gave her one right away. She loved them so much and grabbed one for each hand.
The California Fig industry partnered with Valerie Waters who is a fitness trainer. They are having a California Figs and Fitness Contest which will include a personal fitness evaluation by Valerie, a Valslide exercise kit, registration to her bootcamp, fig goodies and other California Fig items valued at $1,250.
