Ouch, my Aching Knee!
Disclosure: I am participating in a sponsored campaign hosted by the maker of Advil® PM and I received a free sample of Advil® PM caplets. All opinions expressed are my own. #AdvilPMSleep
This past weekend, I went running with Adalyn in the stroller. I think that I have a very poor running form with the stroller because the last two times that I ran with it, I had a lot of knee pain for a few days after the run (will have to look up tips for this). I have been icing my knee but of course due to life, I have to be able to walk so I have taken pain medicine a couple of times.
Before I found out that I was pregnant with Adalyn and I was running a lot, I got a bad knee injury on Christmas Day that had me in pain for months. I'm not sure what it is about my left knee that gets injured compared to the rest of my body. I just try to buy the correct kind of running shoes for my feet (I swear by Brooks) and take care of myself.
If my knee pain was bad at night, I could consider taking Advil® PM. Advil® PM has a non-habit forming sleep aid and a pain reliever in it which would help me sleep if I was having issues and would help reduce the pain. It helps ease your pain, and helps you fall asleep and stay asleep.

I know how it feels to have a bad knee because I had surgery on both at a young age and they continue to hurt as I get older.
