Gluten-Free Taste Guru Review
I recently had the opportunity to review Taste Guru, a monthly food subscription. I was sent an email from Paul who was hired to improve Taste Guru. Lots of changes happened including increasing the quality of the products in the box, lowering subscription prices and hiring more staff to help with customer service. I think that it is great when a company tries to improve to provide a better product and service to their customers.
I was sent the gluten-free Taste Guru box for the month of November, It comes with 6 or more food items, recipes and added surprises. The price is $15 per month (+ $5 s/h) which is pretty typical for a subscription service. The products that it includes are fun and are quite a variety.
Here are some of the items that I received:
-Rosemary citrus jerky
-Namaste Foods homestyle coating mix- Looking forward to trying this on chicken for a healthier "fried" chicken.
-Justins Nut Butters- Love these!
-Pik-nik salt and vinegar shoestring potatoes- Yum! Salt and vinegar is my favorite flavor.
-Flyjoy bar
-Bacon jam- Never heard of this before but it is pretty interesting.
-Plus a few more items and a gluten-free magazine
I enjoyed trying this box. I thought it was interesting that the box contained all kinds of products, not just snacks. I never would have thought to put a coating mix in a box like this but it is a good option for those who want to try different products that require a gluten-free diet.
