Cheribundi Review and Giveaway
As I have posted about in the past, I love Cheribundi. Cheribundi
is a company that sells tart cherry juice in different kinds. Tart cherry juice
has many health benefits and can help reduce inflammation. As I am healing from
giving birth, this is a great addition to my diet to help reduce inflammation
in my body. Inflammation also occurs with exercise so tart cherry juice can be
beneficial for athletes to help reduce their inflammation and help to heal
after a workout. Tart cherry juice is also supposed to help improve sleep and
reduce pain.
I was sent a variety of the Cheribundi
flavors but my favorite is the original. I do add a bit of water to mine to cut
down on the calories and sugar but I really like it overall. One small 8 oz
bottle contains 50 cherries which is awesome. Some of the varieties contain 40
cherries per bottle depending. I like to use Cheribundi in smoothies as well as
it adds an awesome tart flavor. A favorite is frozen mango, spinach,
Cheribundi juice and ice. If I need an extra boost of protein, I may add some
protein powder.
I took the Cheribundi 7 day challenge
where I drank an 8 oz bottle of Cheribundi juice for 7 days. I enjoyed doing
this and would split it up among the day drinking a bit here and a bit
there. When incorporating Cheribundi juice into my diet, I felt pretty
good (I am also running on about 4 hours of extremely broken sleep each night
so I cannot expect to feel amazing right now).
This product comes in 5 different kinds
including relax, regular, restore, rebuild and light. For less calories and sugar,
I like the light version a lot. The rebuild Cheribundi contains protein and is
great for after a workout where you need both carbohydrates and protein.
Restore would also be beneficial to drink
after a workout because it contains vitamins and electrolytes. The relax
beverage is great for before bed to help you calm down for the evening.
I enjoyed drinking these juices from Cheribundi. They can be
incorporated as part of a healthy diet. They would also be great in a drink
recipe or cooked into a recipe.
