Love Grown Foods Review
I am a big fan of Love Grown Foods oat clusters toasted granola but had never tried their other products now because they are not yet available in my local stores. The sweet cranberry pecan and raisin almond crunch are my two favorite granolas of all time. They are so tasty and I love that they are full of toasted nuts and dried fruit.
When I received my bag of the sweet cranberry pecan granola, I dug right into the bag. It is great on its own, with milk or over yogurt.
One of my favorite breakfast options is oatmeal so I was excited to try the super oats with chia seeds. Ingredients are kept healthy and simple with oats, chia seeds, almonds, quinoa, flaxseed, walnuts, pumpkin seeds and amaranth. One serving has 5 g fiber and 7 g protein. This is the perfect breakfast mix. Usually, I buy many of these ingredients and put them together in a mix for my oatmeal. This is a much simpler and less expensive way to get a huge boost of nutrients. The oatmeal is very tasty and I like it topped with some fresh blueberries and a bit of peanut butter.
The hot oats are very tasty as well and I enjoyed the peach almond vanilla flavor. I plan to save the rest of these for after the baby is born for quick breakfasts on hand.
Finally, the newest product from Love Grown Foods is their Power O's. It is a cereal made with beans (garbanzo, lentils and navy beans) and brown rice! How unique! You could not taste the rice or beans in it. One serving has 3 g fiber and 4 g protein. These are great with some fresh fruit thrown in.
I love every single product from Love Grown Foods and would highly recommend them. They make products made with real ingredients that are tasty and healthy which is the perfect combination for breakfast and snacks.
