Halo SleepSack Swaddle Review and Giveaway
Through all of my research of baby products, I have read such amazing things about the Halo SleepSacks. I have one that I am looking forward to using for baby. I wanted to try out a SleepSack Swaddle which helps to swaddle your baby and makes it harder for them to get out. I have been practicing swaddling with a blanket and it seems hard to me! This make it so much easier and would be helpful for during the night feedings and changes. For my review, I was sent this cute diamond yellow cotton sleepsack.
It is also safer than a blanket which can cover your baby's face and make it hard for them to breathe. On each swaddle, it says "Back is Best" to remind you that it is safest for baby to sleep on their back. You can swaddle baby's arms either in or out of the swaddle depending on what they like.
Moms swear by swaddling so I look forward to swaddling our baby. This fits right over regular sleepwear which is nice. I chose a 100% cotton version but this also comes in cotton muslin and fleece. It has an inverted zipper to make diaper changes easy.
Halo just came out with a brand new baby bassinet called the Bassinet Swivel Sleeper. It has a duel-swivel design and brings baby right to mom. It lets baby sleep really close to mom and still be safe. Co-sleeping puts your baby at risk and is not recommended. This lets you sleep by your baby while keeping their safety in mind.
I think that this product sounds really neat and think it would be nice for when you have a newborn. In our baby class, we learned that co-sleeping is not safe but babies like to sleep close to their moms. This gives a great option to do just that.
