7 Healthy Summer On-The-Go Snacks
1. Fruit smoothie- Combine your favorite summer fruits such as peaches, cherries, blueberries, raspberries and blend with your choice of Greek yogurt, milk, tea and ice. If you want boost of greens, throw in a handful of baby spinach for extra nutrition. You won't even be able to taste it! Try this almond strawberry smoothies.
