Baby Hernandez Gender Reveal
Last Friday, I had my parents, Troy's parents and both of our grandparents and siblings over for a gender reveal party. Troy and I had already found of the sex of the baby on Monday at the doctor but wanted to have a fun little party to let our families know the sex.
I enjoyed planning this party and even doing a few DIY projects to get ready for the party. I found some ideas on Pinterest and made some up myself.
We had all of our family members wear a bow or bowtie depending on which sex they thought that the baby was.
I made a gender neutral onesie garland.
This is the cutest thing in the world. Before the party, I was super tired so I took a nap. Troy went on my Pinterest page to see which chalkboard I had pinned and created this! I thought that was the sweetest thing ever.
Table decor- blue mason jars with pink tulips
Pink and Blue Drinks
Unfortunately, once the party started, I barely took any pictures : (. It went awesome though. We ate pizza, salad and 7 layer Mexican dip. Our families were anxious to find out the sex of the baby so we got out the gender revealing cupcakes that I made.
Baby Hernandez is a........................................
GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We are so excited. The baby is very healthy. No issues going on for baby or for I. We are so thankful and feeling blessed. Only ~19 weeks till we get to meet the little gal!
What a fun party and super ideas! Congrats on learning that you are having a baby girl, how exciting!
