Lucero Olive Oil Review

I am so excited to bring you this review today. The reason is because I found a new favorite product! Lucero is a company that sells fancy olive oils, vinegars and tapenades. I was sent a variety to try out and review.

My favorite product that has me all excited it the Lucero crushed meyer lemon olive oil. It is so amazing! It is extremely flavorful and makes an excellent addition to homemade dressing. For lunch each day at work, I have been having a salad that is a combo of chopped baby spinach, broccoli, 1/4-1/2 cup chopped parsley, bell peppers and either red rice or beans.
For the dressing, I combine this Lucero olive oil, apple cider vinegar and strong black pepper. The combination of flavors is so amazing. I love it and got my husband to love it on a broccoli and tomato salad too. I'm not joking, you must try this oil. It makes me look forward to eating my salad every day.

My second favorite product is the garlic olive oil. It has a strong garlic infused flavor. I really like it on all kinds of dishes; especially roasted potatoes. I was not a big fan of the flavored white balsamic vinegars because I thought that they were too sweet for vinegar.

The artichoke lemon tapenade is very delicious too. It is great on a toasted piece of bread and would make a great sandwich topper. I'm thinking grilled chicken breast, Muenster cheese and this tapenade.

I am so happy to have found this delicious oil from Lucero. Flavored oils give your meal the boost of flavor you are looking for without added sodium.
