Wild Blueberry Vitatops Review
I have done a couple of reviews in the past for Vitalicious
products and think that they are a good snack option. I was recently contacted
to try out the new Wild Blueberry Vitatops.
The new Vitatops have only 100 calories like the other
flavors. They have 1 gram of fat, 7 grams of fiber and 4 grams of protein. They
are tasty and satisfying. For a snack, I have been either toasting one of these
and having it plain or spreading it with pistachio butter. I like having it
with a Greek yogurt tube for a satisfying snack that is only 170 calories.
These Vitatops are a bit dry on their own but if you
microwave them for about 8-10 seconds, they are perfect. They must be kept
frozen since they do not contain preservatives. They defrost quickly but if you
do not want to wait for them to defrost, just heat one or toast it.
These Vitalicious
Vitatops contain whole blueberries in it and is very fresh. I love that it has
much less calories, sugar and fat than traditional blueberry muffins. These do
not contain any artificial coloring, flavors or preservatives.
I very much enjoyed trying this new flavor of Vitatops. It
is now added to my list of favorite Vitatop flavors along with the Apple Crumb
and Banana Nut flavors.
