Pomegranate Peach Cocktail
Although I'm not a big mixed drink fan, I do love creating a fun beverage every once in awhile. I was recently sent a bottle of Starr African Rum to try and I decided to create a recipe with it.

This cocktail is fun for summer while peaches are plentiful!

Starr African Rum Pomegranate Peach Cocktail

Ingredients:
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
2 medium-large fresh peaches
3 ounces Starr African Rum
Handful of ice

Directions: 
Blend all ingredients together in blender. Now go outside and enjoy this fresh and fruity cocktail!

I enjoyed the flavors of this Starr African Rum! It went well with the peach flavors. The bottle is especially awesome. I love that it is red and a really neat shape. Thanks to Starr African Rum for providing a bottle of rum for my review.
