Nikki's Coconut Butter Review and Giveaway

Coconut is a flavor that most people either love or hate. I am one of those that loves it. I was recently sent some Nikki's Coconut Butter to try and review. They come in many fun flavors and I chose the honey pecan pie and chocolate hazelnut brownie to try.

The coconut butter is firm at room temperature but melts on warm foods. I made some homemade oatmeal pancakes and topped each pancake with a bit of these coconut butters. They were very tasty! I love the strong coconut flavor along with the chocolate and pecan pie flavors.

I think that this coconut butter would also be delicious stirred into oatmeal, on toast or even on a banana. Coconut is high in saturated fat but since it is not an animal product, I do not worry too much.

      honey pecan and cake batter sound amazingggggggggg. I always buy artisana plain coconut butter and have to struggle to keep the jar around more than 3 days...

      I would love to know the nutritional values of these but can't even find that on their website. Knowing how much sugar / carb/ and salt are important to me because of health issues.

      I've contacted them. Hope they include that info or at very least respond to my email.

      They sound delish. I use lots of coconut oil, coconut flour and coconut cream concentrate ... this would make a lovely addition to my pantry.
