Tyrrell's Chips Review and Giveaway
My husband and I are sucker's for trying all different unique flavors of chips and when I found Tyrrell's Chips, I knew that I wanted to try this new-to-me brand. For my review, I was sent one of each kind of their chips including mature cheddar and chives, sea salt and vinegar, worchestershire sauce and sundried tomato and more.
The first kind of Tyrrell's Chips that I reviewed were actually by mistake. My girl dachshund Ava stole a bag when I left the room for a minute! She chose to try the lightly sea salted chips (haha). She did not get more than a few when I caught her thank goodness. Since this bag of chips was open, I tried them. They are very crispy and tasty. I am always trying to reduce how much sodium I consume and these lightly sea salted chips were tasty. One serving has 70 milligrams of sodium.
The other kind of chips that I tried that I really loved were the sweet chili and red pepper Tyrrell's Chips. We took them on a weekend trip this past weekend for snacking on the long car ride and ended up loving them. They are very flavorful and spicy. I could not stop eating them! I eventually had to put the bag of chips far in the back seat so I could not get them. One serving has 140 calories and 165 milligrams of sodium.
I loved trying these hand cooked English chips. There are no artificial ingredients in them and they are naturally gluten-free. I thought that they were similar to kettle chips. Of course since these are a snack, they should be consumed in moderation.
