Triple Bar Review
1. Kind Maple Glazed Pecan and Sea Salt and Dark Chocolate Chili Almond Bars
I absolutely love Kind bars. I was first introduced to them a couple of months ago when I reviewed them here on the blog. These bars are very tasty, have unique flavors, are very low in sugar and are full of real ingredients. Kind bars are gluten free and do not contain any funky ingredients.
Both of these new bars are delicious! The Kind Maple Glazed Pecan & Sea Salt tastes just like those maple flavored candies. My dad loves those so I am going to give him one of these to try. I had it for a snack and loved how many almonds were in it since I love almonds. One bar is 210 calories, 6 grams of protein, 5 grams of fiber and only 5 grams of sugar.
The Kind Dark Chocolate Chili Almonds Bars are very good as well and only contain a very small amount of spice. It added nicely to the chocolate and nuts. I would highly recommend both of these bars.
2. Can Do Kid Bars
These bars come with two small bars in a pack which I like in case your child would only want one. They are good for big children too (hehe). I enjoyed the Can Do Kids chocolate crunch flavor the most. It is a chewy protein bar covered in a thin chocolate layer. Two bars have 170 calories, 1 gram fiber, 9 grams protein and 13 grams of sugar. These are gluten-free. These made a tasty mid-morning snack or a good snack to keep in your purse on the go.
3. That's It Bars
I first wrote a review of That's It Bars two years ago and was sent some more to review. That's It bars are only made with fruit, that's it! They come in the following flavors: mango + apple, cherry + apple, pear + apple and apricot + apple. They made a perfect alternative to fruit roll-ups which are filled with junk and added sugars. These bars have 100 calories and 3 grams of fiber. As I am getting more and more into running, I would consider eating one of these pre-workout for some carbohydrates.
Have you tried any new bars lately?
