Snapea Crisps Review

Snapea Crisps
I had first tried Snapea Crisps about a year ago when I found them at my local grocery store and tried a bag. They are crunchy, salty and satisfying as a snack. I find them to be very addictive and have to portion out a serving or else, I will honestly eat most of the bag.

I was recently sent a variety of each of their flavors to try. They recently got a new design which I love! Snapea Crisps are made of green peas, corn oil, rice, salt, calcium carbonate and vitamin C. They are gluten free. They have 120 calories for 22 crisps, only 80 mg of sodium in the lightly salted version, 3 grams of fiber and 4 grams of protein.

I am someone who loves to have a salty snack and these lightly salted variety are perfect. I love to eat my Snapea Crisps plain but you can use them as a salad topping as well.

The tomato basil flavor was tasty as well and has a lot of flavor in each bite. These are made with lentils instead of peas but have a similar texture and flavor. The caesar ones are very flavorful and are awesome on top of a salad. One serving of Snapea Crisps has 40% less fat than regular chips for those who are trying to cut their fat intake. I also like the fiber and protein content of these crisps.
