Healthy Whole Grain Plum Crisp
Cooked plums are one of my favorite foods and when I got a 15-20 lb box of fresh plums for $2.00 reduced at my favorite fruit market, I knew it was time for some plum crisp.
Ingredients:
For the filling
3 lbs fresh plums, chopped into bite sized pieces
1/2 cup sugar
For the topping
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
Directions:
This recipe for my plum crisp turned out really well! I served it to my family one day and to my husband's parents another day. It is good hot, cold or room temperature.
