Simply7 Chips Review and Giveaway + 3 Year Blogiversary
It has been exactly 3 years today since I started blogging. I had no idea what a huge part of my life it would become and I love it. My blog has steadily grown through the years and I hope to continue to post tons of new products, recipes and nutrition posts in the future. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading The Nutritionist Reviews blog!

I was sent a case of all different chips to try. The most unique one to me was the white cheddar pomegranate chips so that is what I decided to try first. The idea of the two flavors together sounded different so I knew I had to try them. They were delicious! The chips are also made using potatoes so they have that regular baked potato chip flavor with some pomegranate added. The pomegranate is not too sweet but perfectly flavored. The white cheddar compliments the flavor well. I had my sister try these and she liked them as well.
One serving is 150 calories, 8 grams of fat and 200 milligrams of sodium. This is similar to other chips but the serving size of these is larger. One serving is 31 chips. To cut calories, fat and sodium, cut serving in half and pair them with a vegetable rich meal. This bag of chips was gone within a week of opening them : )
My other favorite is the spicy chili pepper hummus chips. They have a light hummus flavor with a kick from the chili pepper. It has a nice smoky flavor as well. A serving of these has a little less calories with 130 calories per 30 chip serving. They do have 300 milligrams of sodium per serving so if you choose to eat these, choose other low-sodium foods to eat with it.
