Brooks Trance 12 Review + Updated Recipe Page
This weekend, I worked hard to update my Recipe Page with all of my new recipes. Enjoy!

I do not run very regularly but enjoy to do a bit of running a few times a week. I am thinking about lacing up the new running shoes and running a race this summer. It's been about 6 years since I have run in a race and I am feeling like I may want to give it a shot again.
I was recently sent the Brooks Trance 12 running shoes to try out. I love the pink and black design on these shoes.
I wear a size 9 typically and the size 9 Brooks fit perfectly. They are very comfortable and did not take any time to break in.
These shoes retail for $150 and can be purchased on different shoe websites and in stores. They have a Caterpiller Crash Pad that "segments the midsole for a perfectly smooth heel-to-toe transition". The heel counter is moved to the outside of the shoe so that the interior is more comfortable. They have a built in bootie-like design for a silky feel.
I have been wearing these shoes for a couple of weeks now and really like them. They offer the support that I need and I have not had any issues with them. I have even worn them to work on a casual day and they were comfortable to wear for 9 hours.
Have you ever tried Brooks shoes? What are your favorite running shoes?
