Shower for Stress Relief

Lately, my internship has been taking a big tole on me.  I work long hours and then often have homework on top of that. It's all for a great reason though because within about a year, I will be a registered dietitian.  Meanwhile, I need something to help me relieve my stress. 

 

American Standard is a company that makes wonderul showerheads. I think that this could help to ease some of my stress and calm me down after a long day with the nice hot flow of water.
