Oval Beach Trip

When I read online that Oval Beach in Saugatuck, MI was rated by MTV one of the top 5 most beautiful beaches in America, I knew that my husband and I would have to check it out. We live only about 20 minutes away from here and finally got the chance to go there today!
 First, you have to climb these crazy stairs which we discovered on 4th of July.

 Then, this is the amazing view that you see.

 
 Then, there is a 1 mile walk to the beach down huge sand dunes. It is very physically difficult. I stopped to break a few times.

 Finally got to the beach...so pretty!

We went on about an hour walk and then laid out on the beach. Perfect Sunday morning!
