Time to Spice Things Up!
So for a couple months now, I have been wanting to make some changes on my blog. Maybe include some new things, change the background and/or layout, etc.
Here's the thing, I need your help! I want to know what you want to see on my blog. What interests you? Any specific type of healthy recipes you are looking for? Let me know! I want my blog to be very reader friendly.
Also, if you have any questions about me, nutrition, etc., feel free to ask!

It might be beneficial to post some ideas for balanced meals for special occasions, certain times of the day, seasons, etc. I know I would be interested in viewing those!
ReplyDeletei would be interested in product comparisons. for example currently i'm researching comparing unsweetened soy milk to skim milk & which would be better for me. organic products vs regular products. raw milk vs pasturized that sort of thing. thanks for asking for our input.
