Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola
As another attempt to use up some ingredients, I made some delicious granola! It was not the healthiest recipe in the world but it sure is tasty!
Bake at 350 degrees for about 25-35 minutes until crispy.
Let cool completely and with a spatula, break into small granola sized pieces.
Enjoy plain, with some milk, or on top of yogurt!

ReplyDeleteThat recipe sounds so awesome! I'm wondering what I could use instead of the syrup though...I'm on a no-fun diet that excludes sugar!

I would be quite interested in your take on the various natural sweeteners - I'm thinking maple syrup, honey, agave syrup, maybe rice syrup. There are surely others but those come to mind at the moment.
