Giveaway #8 Personal Training with Jackie Warner Workout DVD
Here is my review of the product: I tried the Personal Training with Jackie Warner and LOVED it. I did the 15 minute total body workout and I will tell you WORKS. My abs and quads are so sore right now! Jackie is very motivational and the workout is upbeat and keeps you going. I will be doing this one a lot!

Our favorite workout tip is to always stretch right after a workout, while your muscles are still warm and flexible
ReplyDeleteFavorite work out tip is: wear your sports bra to work...or change into it after lunch time so you won't be tempted to skip the afterwork workout!! :)

ReplyDeletefave workout tip: get behind the skinny girl with the amazing butt on any machine and if you feel like quitting, just remember she is still going and that's why she looks so good.

My fave workout tip is to exercise with a friend (human or animal!). Then it's harder to find an excuse not to do it :-).

My favorite workout tip is STAY HYDRATED! I already drink an insane amount of water a day (like 200 ounces!) but when I workout I need even more.

Great give-away! Workout tip?...ummm do what you want and feel like - whether it's a walk or moutain climbing. Respect your body and respect others.
ReplyDeleteFavorite workout tip: ENJOY IT! It's all about your mindframe and how you perceive it. I think of weights as 'building up my body' and cardio is great de-stressing. Ends justify the means! I NEVER EVER regret a workout.
