Do you love Chicken Parmesan like my whole family does? It is one of my husband's favorite dishes and my dad requests it for most birthdays and often for Father's Day. When going out to eat at an Italian restaurant, many of my family members choose this delicious dish. I know that you guys are fans of Chicken Parmesan as well because all of my Chicken Parmesan recipes do really well on my site.

I love to make Chicken Parmesan Pizza and 3-Ingredient Grilled Chicken Parmesan and today, I want to share my 5-Ingredient Baked Chicken Parmesan recipe with all of you. I never bread my chicken for this recipe. I just think that it does not add that much flavor and when I skip the breading, I have more room for other delicious things like roasted vegetables, more cheese, pasta, etc.

I used a combination of shredded Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese which I love together. I alsoused a fresh, homemade tomato sauce but feel free to use your favorite tomato sauce or whatever you have on hand. I roasted my vegetables right on this pan along with the chicken- feel free to use whatever vegetables you like. Some great ones that go well with the Chicken Parmesan are Brussels sprouts, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower or zucchini.

This can be made ahead of time and enjoyed through the week as well- it reheats really well. I sometimes make a bunch at the beginning of the week and then pack them away in storage containers with roasted veggies. Troy will just grab one in the morning before work and has a wholesome and delicious lunch ready to go.
