Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream
Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream has 6 simple ingredients, is much healthier than typical ice cream and takes 5 minutes to make! Nutrient packed with bananas, real pumpkin and protein!
Whenever I post a banana ice cream recipe or "nice cream", it becomes one of my most popular posts. Very understandably so because banana ice cream is delicious. Every time that I eat it, I have a hard time believing that it is as healthy as it is. It tastes rich, creamy and delicious.
Banana ice cream is so customizable too. I have made Oatmeal cookie banana ice cream, Chocolate peanut butter banana protein ice cream, Mint chocolate chip protein ice cream and 3-ingredient strawberry banana ice cream. Since it is the fall and I am not ready to give up frozen treats just yet, I decided to make some pumpkin spice banana ice cream.
This "ice cream" is made with real canned pumpkin, frozen fresh bananas, a little milk and maple syrup, protein for nutrition and to make it filling and pumpkin pie spice. That's it! Just 6 real ingredients that take only 5 minutes to whip into ice cream and is much healthier than ice cream made with whipping cream, sugar, etc.
