Almond Cashew Butter Banana Bread
This Almond Cashew Butter Banana Bread is easy to make and is full of nutty and rich flavor. It is made with whole-wheat flour and is moist and delicious!
Banana bread is a classic dish that seems to disappear almost immediately every time that it is made. Everyone loves it from grandmas to moms and dads and even young children. There is something about a piece of fresh baked banana bread that is so delicious, it is hard to just have one piece.
This banana bread is made healthier with whole-wheat flour and uses less sugar that many traditional recipes. It uses olive oil instead of butter for a healthier fat option.
It also features Bestie Almond and Cashew Butter which is a delicious new product from Peanut Butter & Co. There are only three ingredients and has no added sugar. The nut butter adds a rich and creamy flavor to the banana bread. Drizzle extra nut butter on top and spread a warm piece of banana bread with it for the most delicious and indulgent taste while actually being quite nutritious.
I have made other banana breads in the past and made them "too healthy" where they didn't taste as good. This is by far the best banana bread that I have made. My daughter, husband and I gobbled it all up. It is very moist and flavorful while still being healthier than a typical banana bread recipe.

Almond Cashew Butter Banana Bread
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients
Banana Bread
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 large ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Almond and Cashew Butter Drizzle
- 1/4 cup Bestie Almond and Cashew Butter
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a bread pan (or smaller baking dishes) with cooking spray and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, milk eggs and vanilla until smooth. Mix in bananas and nut butter. mix in the flour and baking soda.
3. Pour the batter into the baking dish. Bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the middle.
4. Remove from oven and let cool. Heat up the rest of the almond and cashew butter and drizzle over the top of bread.
