Cheesecake Fruit Dip
Cheesecake Fruit Dip has just 5 ingredients, takes 5 minutes to make and is super creamy while being a light and healthy dip for your favorite fruits!
We recently went to Troy's dad's house for a weekend barbecue and a family member made an awesome cheesecake dip that I loved. The dip was perfect on fruit and of course, my dip loving daughter went crazy over it. We ate it with a huge fruit salad which was so good.
I got to take some home and a couple of days later, ran out of fruit to eat with it. I immediately thought of having pretzels with it for a salty/sweet flavor combination. I was so right and that combo was awesome together. Pair it with pretzels or your favorite fruits for a delicious but lighter treat.
I wanted to recreate the recipe while making it a little bit healthier. I think that fruit is delicious on its own so it does not need too much added to it to make it taste good. This dip is protein rich and pretty light on sugar. I love having a dip that is delicious but not too heavy. It would be great for taking to a party for a lighter dessert or snack option to help you stay on track with eating healthy.
