Matcha Green Tea Smoothie
I love smoothies because they taste great and are a
good way to pack nutrients into your diet. You can fill them with fruit,
vegetables, yogurt, protein and milk, among other ingredients. I had fun
experimenting with this matcha green tea powder, which gives the
smoothie a boost of flavor and nutrition.
Most importantly of all, Adalyn was a huge
fan of the smoothie! Packing a bunch of nutrients into my child makes me happy.
Matcha green tea powder contains naturally occurring antioxidants. This
powder is made up of stone ground green tea leaves. With this product, you can
make smoothies, lattes, add it to baked goods, and more. If you like the earthy
flavor of green tea, you will love this powder.

I tried and liked the Match a green tea smoothie. It came out very delicious and filling.
ReplyDeleteI have also tried a 14 day (I have completed two courses in about a month) and have lost about 7 lbs. Was very active and felt very light whole day. Didn't go on any special diet or did any exercise. If you or any other want to do it, can get it from http://waistshaperz.com/collections/teatox/products/14-day-waistox-teatox or www.waistshaperz.com.
I usually recommend the blogs and other people, if something works for me.
I tried a few different brands of green drinks. Of all of the brands available, my favorite one is fueled with chlorophyll, fiber, vitamins, minerals and enzymes. I have been drinking Green drink daily for over two years now.
