Apple Cinnamon Energy Bites
These Apple Cinnamon Energy Bites are filling, tasty and high in protein and fiber to keep you full.
I recently received Robert Brace's new D28 for Life fitness program which I have been using. Robert was a professional ballet dancer who overcame a life-changing injury and then excelled in ballet. He then became a life coach and began training celebrities, coaches and everyday clients. His motto is "failure is not an option". I love that!
For this recipe, I used the D28 Fierce Fuel whey protein powder which comes in vanilla and chocolate. Both flavors are great!
Apple Cinnamon Energy Bites
Ingredients:
1/3 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup D28 vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup oats
2 tablespoons shelled pumpkin seeds
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tablespoons nut butter of choice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions: Mix all ingredients together. Roll into balls. Store in refrigerator for up to one week.
His D28 program has different strategies to help motivate you to begin a healthier lifestyle. I believe that a huge obstacle to getting healthy is motivation. Most people want to be healthy, fit and eat right but not everyone is motivated enough to permanently adapt these healthy lifestyle changes.
This D28 program has an exercise program to help trim and tone your body. They also have a healthy eating nutrition plan. I have been doing the workouts and have noticed that I am more toned already!!
There is a 28 day challenge where you can try it for 28 days without any financial risk to you. If you did not achieve your results in this time, you will not be charged for the product. They only have to pay shipping.
